I don’t know if they changed owners or cooks, or both but when I would go there in 2018, the food tasted homemade. The rice and beans reminded me of my grandmother’s. The homemade corn tortillas were delicious as well as the fried potato tacos, the chile rellenos and the chile verde. I went last week and the rice had no flavor. Beans tasted like canned. Tacos were like Taco Bell type tacos and the gordita was really blah. They don’t have the señoras working there anymore making the tortillas and gorditas. I will not go back. Oh! And no complimentary chips and salsa. It’s really gone down hill.
Ordered 2 super tacos what a mistake should have ordered 1 as they were really super super big and very very good...havehad any yet but noticed that they have menudo and posole daily...will check it out...had the carnitas on my taco and mmm good
Other then the name this place is pretty good.Their breakfast burritos are great. Staff is polite and attentive.
Been coming here for years. Both food and service is good. I typically will order Chicken Tamal with red sauce or Chicken Chimichanga. Oh downside is the size of the tamal keeps shrinking, getting smaller and smaller every time I ordered it.
Great spot for a burrito. Very quick and easy, comforting and tasty. It’s been a take-out staple for us since we moved in.
Ordered a barbacoa regular burrito. It was really good.I was very disappointed after reviewing the receipt to see I was charged $2 more than what their wall pricing was. Never good business. I get we are in different times but if inflation has hit you, take the time to change your board.
Great Mexican food the owner is very humble and friendly working the register and actually served us our meal. Very impressed with the food and customer service.
Best natchos ever I have been going for 23 years they had 3 different owners since then but these people make the natchos the best ever.
Nice spot for a quick meal. I ordered the enchiladas suizas, chicken tamal, and freedom burrito. The food was very flavorful with good presentation. The staff was very friendly and even gave a free refill on chips.
Food was good but service was absolutely horrendous. Girl with blonde streaks was giving us a terrible attitude throwing a fit because we came in at 9:10 and she was closing because it was a slow night. She was cursing in Spanish ( little did she know I understand Spanish ) and she was rolling her eyes when I asked jalepenos. She should be fired or at least taught some manners. I’ve never experienced such bad service in my existence.
