I've been coming here for 30 plus years. I have always loved coming here for a very filling lunch or dinner. But over the past year or two it has gone down hill. The prices have gone up alot and the food has been bland at best. The customer service was horrible. They brought my wife the wrong food and it had a hair in it and all they could say was ooopppppssss. After all these years I don't think I will be going back.

There is no signage on any of the businesses in the Woodham Center. The restaurant was under staffed and no AC. The food was good and the waitress was working her butt off though.

Friendly staff great food

Chili Verde platter with rice and beans was good. Ambiance only okay, somewhat sterile, devoid of decor or authentic music. Many unoccupied tables needed bussing. Unexciting tortilla chips served with a tiny amount of unexciting salsa and hot sauce. Somewhat okay service. Nothing here to bring us back.

They have the best shreded chicken enchiladas !!! ???

Ive been doordashing this place since the begining of covid and it's been super solid. But man. I dined in tonight for the fajitas.. PERFECT. Once El burro left my life I was missing a real deal Mexican restaurant. But now I've been saved. El amigo is DA SH1T!!! I will become a regular here asap.

First time ordering form this place. Not impressed. 1 item was missing from the order, discovered after delivery. 3 of us ordered the el amigo burrito. Two of us opted for carnitas (a 1 dollar up-charge). But then they take away the sauce and cheese (making a dry burrito instead of a wet). If you want that included you need to pony up another buck fifty. So really if you want to sub in carnitas, its a 2.50 additional for a total of 17. Kinda pricy. Especially for the quality. The meat was over cooked and dry.

These are maybe the best tacos I've ever had. The tortilla shells are fried to a delicious golden crisp. Outstanding food.

One star because 0 isn't an option. Imagine, a mushed, mix, full of low quality cheese, made by someone who has never cooked before in their life. Embarrassing to say the least. Whoever cooked this should be ashamed of themselves. For someone who has never eaten a decent burrito or they want instant "death by cholesterol" and they don't mind mushy texture, you've found your restaurant. I hope the dog will it.

Such healthy clean and tasty food. I love their caldo de pollo (chicken soup) when I’m sick because they use chicken breast and there is no oil in it. Their enchiladas and everything else has been great too.
