I ordered a personal pizza last month and I asked for a red pepper packet at checkout. The lady at the counter told me "No more".I'm just wondering if this is too expensive to provide a red pepper packet to the customers or Domino does not care about customers.Other pizza restaurants do provide cheese/pepper packets for FREE.So disappointed!
They were extremely disorganized at this location. Tried their curbside pickup and sat in my car with my hazards on for a good 10 minutes before finally deciding to go inside. My food wasn't ready and they made me question whether I was at the right location because my name wasn't familiar to anyone making the food. Once I pulled up my order number and the guy at the front started calling it out, no one said they knew anything about it and I almost left. As I was about to walk out, someone finally locates my order. The food was meh, typical Dominos, it would have been better if it were warmer though.
I just got my egift card few minutes ago and it was a disaster ordering, the web page order does not accept the card number and pin. Please avoid ordering in this store online, the promos are not accessible. it will click direct and process the order right away without validating the promo as stated. Beware
The Pizza was awesome, when arrived they were just taking it out of the oven, it was nice & HOT. I think it was the owners that brought it out to me ( I was at the door) They are so nice and down to earth and very diligent. If you've never been to this particular location, it can be a little confusing at night. But don't worry, its there. It doesn't jump out at you, The entrance to Domino's is between 2 stores. Imagine a triangle shape, 2 sides are the other stores and Domino's is the POINT. I hope that makes sense. Fantastic pizza. I personally go for the Handmade Pan crust. ?
On this day Thursday-27-22 y made a order I'm not comfortable first thing pizza I ask half pepperoni and Hawaiian and the Hawaiian it only came with the pineapple. and i also asked for spice chicken wings and I didn’t ame with the sauce it only came with the chicken and the pizza was not cut on pieces. I hope my comment it helps other people.
One of the fastest order preparations I have ever experienced. I order and leave for pickup because I am certain it will be ready in 10 mins.
This is now the 3rd time in a row that it has taken nearly an hour for "quality check" on pizzaWhich means it takes over an hour to have pizza delivered from a location about 10 min away. Preparing and baking takes about 10-15 min and then 40+ min for quality check ultimately resulting in late, not always warm pizzaThen i get a free pizza as a sorry. Why does this happen literally every. Single. TimeI mean if yall wanna keep giving me free pizza (which usually is also late so i get another free pizza) cool I guess, but not the best business practice
These folks were trying their best on New Year’s Eve with a lot of hungry and impatient customers. Don’t know how the pizza will be but kudos for trying their best!
I ordered online and they charged my card 30.51 but they lost the order somehow becuase of there system error. I asked for the corporate phone number and the guy told me to Google it. Then he said to dispute with my cc company. I just wanted my food or my money back. I was a loyal customer and this is not my normal store but they charged me and I'm visiting a friend which is really embarrassing. I have to figure out how to get my money back, I will never order from Dominoes again, thieves. WOW, smh.
Dominos pizza has always been my favorite place to eat when I want pizza!! Their pizzas have crispy crust and it smells really good the moment you open the pizza!! Absolutely love it!! ???
