The customer service was on point and the food was really food ! All 4 of us ate like we never have before after a hike in San Jose and everything not only tasted perfect but the radio was completely controlled by our boys because we happen to be the only people there . All in all a great time. I usually don’t write short reviews but this one needed to know our server was the bomb.
We dined around 2:30pm. Hardly anyone there. Server was very friendly.
Ordered steak and eggs, the menu states add two pancakes to any signature breakfast for $2.00. Even after showing the manager he said the price has changed to $2.49 and that is what we had to pay. Also, we did not get toast which they said is because we got the pancakes but the menu does not say it is a substitution it just says add pancakes. They were not very polite about it at all.
Great service and staff. I go here late night, a couple times a week, to do my homework. I never have to wait and one waitress likes to take her breaks at my table and talk about many things.
It's was an older Dennys, over crowded to be honest. Service was just ok, staff not too professional felt rushed. The kid who too our order was good, I didn't get his name. I ordered coffee and I couldn't even get refills that was not good. I'm not gonna bother coming back was just in area.
It seems like a lifetime since we have been to a Denny's. We got used to IHOP.It was real busy and service was a little slow. We did have a lot of leftover pancakes, which was great for the next few days.
Worst service Denny’s!!12/04/21 4:00am need to order some food for our company. Take 10min for waiter to be trying to sit us also we don’t even have choice for where we can sit . Due to what is going on with this world we want to sit few tables away from people we got denied.Thank you Denny’s I will make sure never to come in this Denny’s.
Went in on a Monday around 2:30 pm. They were out of many menu items, weren't serving the dinner items until 4:30, were out of all the kids cups, and were out of all smoothies and milk shake except for chocolate. I was told that after the busy weekend, they run out of food on Monday. Unacceptable.
Service was ok my cheeseburger was very good and juicy the motzerlla sticks were not as hot as they should be.
Food was good. There was a bunch of us and the waitress was rushed and they forgot to bring my great nephew food. The food arrived when we were all done eating. It was good food though. This is a busy place.
