Every time I go to chipotle there is an error with my food. Today I placed an online order at 1:40 and confirmation said it would be ready at 2:00. Went to pick up food at 2:20 and was told they never received my order. I was also told that I could not get a refund for my food. After showing them my confirmation I had to wait another 20 min for my food to be made and IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. So not only did they waste my time and not get my order, I still did not even get what I wanted. It is very frustrating when placing orders here and never having a good experience. Will be my last time coming to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I primarily doordash in Rivermark so whenever I get chipotle orders, I know I’m going to get a long wait. Sometimes it’s ready on timeI understand it’s a hit or miss and sometimes short staffing is an issue however this chipotle lacks any sort of systemWhat’s worse is their system crashed the other day and I get that happens but they neglected to put any form of sign on the doorSome days they’ll even say they’re taking mobile orders only and they don’t put a sign on the door for that eitherThey lack communication w their guests and I’ve seen some customers irritated that they can’t simply order say a quesadilla.Today when I ordered a burrito, you might as well call it a rice burrito with salsa because the lady who served me skimped on the steak. I had to ask for extra fajitas and cheese because she skimped on those too. Portion sizes are not good hereIt’s a hit or missSometimes my food is served right other times it’s not

Just like every other Chipotle location food is OK and cheap, BUT this place constantly fails to prepare on time. Every time we order from this location online we have to wait for extra 15-20 minutes. If you cannot handle orders in time, then don’t allow to select short time windows in your app!Also they allow to order fancy drinks online, but when you show up - there are no such drinks in this location and they give you regular soda or whatever

Ordered food at 6:58, had to wait until 7:45PM (Friday, 3/25/22) for it to get made (provided ETA was 7:10) when the store wasn't really that busy. The girl working their really seemed like she didn't want to be there. Ended up getting the wrong order and all my food was crushed, the bowl was leaking all over the bag. I don't like writing reviews, but this was bad lol

Tried ordered here online 3 times and the orders were messed up 3 times. And why I ordered online? Because the staff of this Chipole are extremely slow and always carry some attitude. Can't wait to see this branch goes away.

Food was good. Michael was the only person taking orders, filling them and ringing them up. There were several others working on to go orders. The line got quite long yet no one came over to help Michael. Michael was so nice even through he had so much going on. It would be great to see other team members helping him out.

The food is good but the staff at the Rivermak location is poor at their job and rude. I visit many Chipotle locations but this is alway a less than expected.

Lady there at night 8:30 Thu is super rude. Just wanted-to buy guac+chips and she asked meto wait-in line. Its okay but eye rolling and all is not at all cool.

I got the smoked brisket quesadilla. It was tasty. The three side restriction is a bit weird, I'd prefer one place where I can choose more sides.

Our local chipotle before covid was pretty good, but it’s pretty awful now.Workers aren’t being provided with enough help or pay. Lines are extremely long and food is pretty bad quality too. Don’t come here if you want good chipotle.
