I got a steak burrito and watermelon limeade! It was so good! I consider coming back!
This chipotle is frequently out of some pretty common items. Lettuce, guac, etc.Today I went to use my bday reward and the 2 line workers asked me separately what I wanted. I told them chips and guacamole and they said ok and help the next customer I line. Finally made it to the front and the employee had me scan my code no less than 7 times. Manager told her how to charge it and then they both walked to the back room and didn’t come out. I walked away without any food.
This is the worst burrito bowl I have ever had at a Chipotle. The portion of steak they gave me was about half of what I normally receive. The fajita vegetables were raw, not just undercooked, but fresh vegetables sitting on the line like someone forgot they are supposed to be cooked. The person that served me was not very friendly either.I eat at Chipotle at least once a week, across a few locations, in El Paso, TX and they are all consistently good. This location is definitely sub-par
Food tasted delicious but customer service was awful. Employee had the audacity to roll their eyes at me because they were too quiet. Very rude. Don’t plan to return.
Horrible service and staff. Kitchen counter and floor was dirty. Server tried to give me guac in a dirty cup and tried to justify the same.
The cashier was one rude guy. I asked specifically water with no ice. He handed me a cup of water with ice that was pre-filled. I asked him to give me another cup and he started arguing that he already pre-filled it and it is just water. I asked him again politely and he refused to give me another cup. This was the most bizarre experience that I ever had. The guy shouldn’t be in customer service. I am never visiting this Chipotle again. If the restaurant manager is reading I had this experience around 6.30pm on 11/27/2021.
Don’t order here. I ordered through the app for delivery and my whole order was wrong. I also didn’t get my side of guacamole that I paid for. I asked for corn which I also didn’t get as well as salsa on the side. Instead it was placed all over my bowl. It was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. Called the store to speak to a manager but no one answered.
slowest Chipotle I have ever seen. 20 minutes late and not responding at all even though I stand right next to staff. Stunned.
I ordered a burrito, didn’t get a spoonful of any ingredient. Full price half the food.
I ordered a burrito with steak on the doordash app and the first time I get it. It was a bowel with chicken and when they did a redelivery it was a burrito with chicken not steak. And I know it is not doordash dash fault but the store. I don't recommend ordered for delivery only order in store.
