A little slow to get seated here. While it was not too busy for a weekend, our service was a bit slow with our server attending to other tables. I can’t even recall if he checked back with us for anything until we got the attention of another server for a water refill. The food is average and plating somewhat sloppy. If anything else was nearby we would’ve went as this location was not our first choice to dine in. Cleanliness needs improvement as there were a few tables that needed to be bussed. The hostess and servers should tighten up on appearance as well. All in all it’s not a bad place, I’m particularly fond of the details and this is the area that needs the most improvement.
This chili's has gone downhill! We went into the bar to watch the last quarter of the Warrior's game. 1st it took 5 minutes b4 anyone came to our table and when they did it was the bartender. He had to come from behind the bar to wait on us. And it was about 15 people in there. The quality of the food is gone I could've gone to McDonald's and got a better burger and I don't even like their burgers. Honestly I thought the place was closed...hell maybe they should!!
Wow! I wish I could give a zero we were ignored as well as the table next to us , we waited over 2 hours for chips the staff was quick to say it’s the kitchen’s fault when all other tables around us who came in an hour after us got service. We just ordered chips fajitas and chicken and it was the server who was at fault also may zero attempt to compensate for time we were there, just blaming the kitchen which is so ignorant
Menu is completely on your phone, happy hour specials are weak and I'd take a hard pass. Not what it used to be. No foods on happy hour, drinks are confusing and it's only a couple of dollars.
Our server, Jessie was great even though he was overwhelmed. I wish I could give this place 4 stars but the quality of the food just wasn't there. My steak was overdone a bit, and they were out of quite a bit of menu items. My wife had a Cesar salad that was all hearts. And a little wilted. Overall I will return, maybe it was just today that was bad.
Ordered the classic Steak Fajitas! It's been a signature of theirs for years and it has remained consistent over the years! Don't forget to order your bottomless Chips and Salsa!
Service was slow ..I could accept that...as most places are sort staffed...got our food quickly once we ordered..the quacamole was half frozen and very cold...I guess they make some in advance to have ready and refrigerate didn't like it..but over all our waiter was quick and helpful
Went to grab a late night dessert with friends. After around an hour of leaving this place, my friend realized that he forgot his phone at Chilli's. I called my friend's number and a lady picked up the phone and said she is the manager at Chilli's. She told me that she has the phone and I can come and collect and that she will wait for us so not to worry. It was way beyond the restaurant's closing time (around 12 am-ish) but she stayed back and waited for us to come and pick the phone. Such a sweet person to talk to and kind! Really appreciate her help and for making me calm down while I was freaking out at my friend for losing his phone.Regarding the customer service unrelated to the incident - full 10/10. We went late night when the kitchen was almost closed but we wanted their famous molten chocolate lava cake. They were sweet and accommodating to get us our dessert - fresh and warm. The customer service rep was very nice and welcoming even at their closing time. Thank you. :)
WARNING DONT do deliverys for this location if you hate being told 5 more minutes, but ends up being 20-30 because they start the order once you get there.Every single time, they will jerk you around with the food's eta and waste your valuable working time.
It's Chili's. You know what you're getting. Much better service here than some other Chili's in the south bay.
