The food was alright it just took 15 + minutes to make. We had a number of miscommunications because the person working the drive through didn't speak English well at all. Then we sat at the window for at least 15 minutes and we were the only customers. No one in the store no one in the drive through. Not sure what was going on. Won't be going back.
Carls Jr is ok, nothing special. If you want a burger fries and a drink at an above price, this is the place to go. They are a little more expensive as fast food goes for the combos, and the food is just ok. With fast food, there are alot of better places to go to.
Great service!! When I ordered burger only with a soda. Mistakenly the order was placed as burger only with fry. When the cashier found out the order is wrong, she fixed it immediately and insisted to give me a free drink. Thank you and really appreciate the good & kind service.
Came in for a pick up order only to be stringed along because they don't have my order in their system even though I showed them my paid order on my end. Was ultimately asked to leave because they were not going to help me
Not the best location. But it was the only option close by. It's still the best option for fast food.
Cold food. Drink incorrect. Not going to this one when there are other carls nearby that have better quality.
They gave me the wrong chicken sandwich drowned it in mayonnaise and put stale onion rings on my western burger. I haven't been in here in like almost 2 years and I was very excited until they gave me all this awful food. I am so hungry and I'm forced to eat but it honestly should have been so much better. It literally ruined my day.

I ordered 3 orders of the Famous Star combination. the patties were not charged broil. The patties were pale. The buns were smashed. I paid too much money for a not satisfied 3 meals. The lemonade was a little more on the sour side.Not happy with this location.
Came in for milkshakes. They said they had no milkshakes at all.
