The food is pretty good. No problem there. However I've eaten here 3 times and had the same problem: the service is mediocre at best. The wait staff seems more interested in hanging out than serving, and are mildly inconvenienced by your presence. Some are just wearing street clothes too which makes it hard to even tell who to ask for a table in the first place.
Long wait times despite empty tables . Ordered veggie pizza - it came with bacon. We informed the help - he said veggie pizza comes with bacon we should let them know explicitly. It seemed silly and rediculous. I asked him to get the menu to check the ingredients and then he apologized, replaced with a new pizza and complimented with a dessert. But overall below average satisfaction of server's knowledge. Some customers were offered complimentary bread as starter while some were not given those. Not worth it esp given the wait times and price. Many more wonderful options available around. Ambience is good. Appetizers were tasty.
We went there after 8pm and still had to wait almost half hour. The food was good but not quite what I had asked for. That is, the steak was in on the medium-well side and kind of dry, when I asked for medium-rare.
We love this place. Bartender is super friendly I forgot her name. Always very clean and very clean bathrooms. Such a big space. They should have live music there once in a while.
Will not return. Horrific service. Waited at a table for 45 minutes. No service.
I went to this restaurant with my nephews, awesome food, friendly staff! I ordered the artichoke dip w/chips and cheese pizza. Both delicious.

Clean restaurant, not busy, but slow to get us in. Food was decent. Server was very friendly.
Food is as always good. We were waiting for 10 to 15 minutes before they seat us even almost empty inside. Server was serving great.
Service was very slow even when the place was not crowded. There was no one in the front desk to seat/greet people.
