Server (young man with a giant pimple on his forehead) did not let me and my 3 children (5,6 & 8 yrs old) use the toilet without buying a coffee at 9pm at night.There’s rules and regulations, but then there’s just human courtesy. My 6 yr old almost pee’d himself.I think this was unacceptable— he clearly doesn’t have children.I practiced restraint by not cursing him out
The guy taking my order was friendly and knowledgeable about the different drinks they offers. Overall a great experience

I am excited to have found another coffee shop in the area. I love the well lit, open space, the ambiance and the coffee was excellent. They had a good selection of baked goods.
Staffs never apologize or appreciate to the customers at all when there is no manager with them. (Never heard from them saying "Thank you')Also, I asked for the pw for the bathroom, and the lady gave me the wrong one, so I tried with wrong one for about 5 min. Finally, she gave me the right one without any apology.
