Went here on a Sat night. The staff/service here was very friendly and accommodating. The food was great, as always.Why can't there be more Boston Market locations around in the Bay Area???

Had the chicken pot pie and it was delicious! Even the cornbread was also delicious. Soft, fresh and warm! So good and very filling. I will order this again.

During peak Thanksgiving Rush, there is no indoor dining, and they were too busy to answer my phone call, but we were served politely and promptly after waiting on line outside. They ran out of cornbread muffins but still gave us dinner rolls.Their website made no mention of hot individual meals being available on Thanksgiving, but that is not the case! Great fresh hot food worth the wait! ?
Waited in line for over 30min for pre-ordered catering. When we finally got to the front of the line, nothing was ready. Ordered HOT catering, received cold. Couldn't even warm them back up since we only have microwaves in the office and everything is provided in aluminum pans.I feel bad for the person ahead of us: she didn't even get her full order of pies.The person behind me was just there to get her individual lunch (pre-ordered). She waited even longer than me.Used to be our go-to for office thanksgiving catering. Obviously, we have to reconsider our options for the holidays and beyond.
I used to like this place. Now they run out of everything. I understand there are supplies shortages due to the pandemic, but napkins, they ran out of napkins last time I was there. What a shame.
whoever was working the drive thru tonight was rude and condescending. He upset my husband so bad we didnt finish our order . how do you talk down to the customer and stay in business ???
Roasted garlic and herbs (dark) chicken is too salty. I gave a generous 4 stars cuz of the nice service and well delivery package.
