I had booked via OpenTable as bd. I confirmed when I got there. They forgot. I had to remind them (in front of bd person). Normally, they never forget.
The ambient was nice and the food was good for the price asked. We asked the bifteki and some appetizers.
Very good food The grilled calamari was great Nice Greek salad the beef souvlaki was very tender The little birds in the bushes were very cute
Several items we ordered were excellent while some were just ok. The winners included the swordfish and gyros wraps. The service was great.

The food was delicious. We are on the outdoor patio with no Covid worries, and it was quiet so we could hear each other. No shouting needed! We would go back in a heartbeat.
The grilled branzini was perfectly cooked. It had a crispy skin with a moist center and was so fresh. Delicious!
I’ve been going to Athena Grill for past decade, off and on. It’s a great lunch spot for friend and colleagues to meet up for a quick lunch. Food is well portioned and delicious. I’d suggest get there by 11:45pm to avoid crazy traffic. But during Covid they have changed ordering system. You don’t get in line to place an order, you simply grab a table and someone comes by to take your order. It was fast and efficient with restaurant at 30% capacity. I recommend this place highly.
Overall good and fun experience. Service was fast. Food tasty. Enjoyed Greek beer to try for the first time. Special beet and goat cheese salad was excellent. Outdoor seating was welcome. Had a good local vibe.
