I ordered the Ultimate Hickory Burger to go , when I got home they left the Bacon and mustard off of it , they added extra onions it was full of raw onions nasty will not go back to Santa Clara
Underwhelming, pricey, small portions, tasteless. The meat - brisket, chicken and ribs were dry with noooo real flavor and the barbecue sauce itself did nothing to improve this dish at all. The mac and cheese, which you can't normally mess up, also had noooo flavor.For once we have plenty of leftovers in the fridge that will just sit there. We had high hopes and were expecting much much more from a BBQ dinner - 82 dollars, definitely not worth it.This restaurant can do better despite trying to overcome pandemic challenges.
this place has some really good food the brisket is soft moist and delicious the ribs are perfectly cooked and they make some of the best burgrers in the valley I would've gave 5 stars but im not a fan of eating food off of parchment paper , it just feels like you need a plate under it, most people dont mind it though i understand the gimmick just not a fan , but the food makes it worth it
texas bbq ribs is quite good, tender and tasty. sauce complements the ribs. outdoor and outdoor dining available, also takeout. friendly staff. this is near Ross store . parking is plenty.
We’re from out of town, Finding a Bar-b-que place open on New Years Day was a bit tough, took a chance at Armadillo Willy’s. It is the BOMB!!!! The Brisket was to die for. They have a Bar-b-que sauce with Jalapeños…..WOW!! Absolutely Delicious!!!! We will definitely eat here again!!

What a joke. Texas BBQ? More like old bbq. The ribs were dry, hard, and severely lacking actual meat on the bones. Additionally, the sausage "sandwich" was just a sausage on bread. Nothing else. While technically a sandwich, it was lacking the soul of a sandwich. What a joke. The only thing that was edible in the state it was delivered was the cornbread which I will say was fantastic.
Another in a long line of places that shouldn't be in the industry that they're in.Sooooo many flaws here and our money was essentially burned immediately.-Corn bread isn't provided; it counts as a "side".-The Sausage BBQ Sandwich is literally just a bun with like 5 slices of sausage in it; a super sad sight.-The plates are not "open ended" like basically every other BBQ joint. Instead you have a handful of options and only, like, one of them allows you a choice of meat along with a fixed menu item.-It's expennnnnsive; which is expected, but with BBQ you're also assuming you're getting quality and decent quantity.-The ribs; the ribs would make our ancestors cry. a "half rack" barely had enough meat for HALF a meal. Legit felt like it was mostly bone with maybe, like 8 ounces of edible meat.I dunno how others are enjoying this establishment when real BBQ exists out in the world.Spend your money elsewhere. Staff is good though!
Consistantly friendly helpful staff, food ready at estimated time, convenient location near other stores so can grab other needed shopping while getting our meal.
