The owners should be proud of the Baristas working today around 10am on 7/20. these young people didn’t miss a mark. didn’t fuss about and served up an awesome Honey Cinnamon Latte, perfect foam and art I might add. They deserve much respect!I also got an Almond Croissant ? and a Cold Brew. I have nothing but good things to say about this hidden spot. IMO I think it’s worth checking out if you’re down for good coffee drinkers coffee, y’all know what I mean.
Had the mocha and an almond croissant. Both were good. The staff was courteous and drew an elaborate fern on my takeout drink. That's rare these days. There's limited seating outside.
This place is nice, and I like that we can take advantage of the California climate to have a fully outdoor coffee shop like this. The coffee is snooty (just how I like it) and the staff isn't (same). Wish there was bike parking, instead I have to find somewhere unobtrusive to lean it. Since it's easily accessible by bike or VTA, it'd be really great to have good bike parking to make it a destination on a weekend ride.
Great outdoor cafe! Nice atmosphere, clean, friendly staff. Loved the Cinnamon Honey Latte with Oat Milk and the Almond Croissant.
I get coffee here all the time. They are consistent. They make excellent espresso and milk drinks. They dial in their shots. They know what ratios they use on pour overs. The outdoor setting is beautiful.
The coffee is superb - absolutely the best I’ve had in a long time but the pastry is not only sad and dry but cold and hard. will come again for coffee for sure.
Lovely coffee shop with comfy outdoor seating. Coffee taste great! Had almond and black sesame croissant and both were great. Loved the stuffing inside. Recommend this place!
I have always been going for their coffee which is one of the best around the area, but recently I was pleasantly surprised by their Black Sesame Croissant which is more like a cream puff.
I had hopes when I saw how high the ratings were at 1 Oz. I thought, perhaps I can get a proper cappuccino. I ordered 2 cappuccinos, no special requests. I should have paid attention. The menu says a cappuccino is 2 shots of espresso, steamed milk, and is 8 oz. If I had read that, I would not have ordered it. To be fair, they delivered exactly that - an 8 oz drink, so I cannot fault them. For me, a cappuccino with two 1 ounce shots, if made with equal parts espresso, milk and foam, should come out as being between 4 oz and 6oz, not 8 oz. So, as far as I am concerned, what I got is a latte: 2 oz of espresso, 6 oz of milk, very little foam. It might have even been a flat white.I knew as soon as I picked up the cups that they were too heavy to be real cappuccinos. But the thing I really noticed was that the cups themselves were not very hot. I took a sip and realized that the milk was lukewarm. For that, they get 1 star.
Hard to find if you looking for a simple coffee shop not it. It's hard to find and gotta park and walk. Please don't order delivery here your delivery guy will be lost looking for this place
