Excellent experience. The black spaghetti was heaven. The branzino special was intricate and divine. A lovely meal!

I booked Tomas for my Partners birthday. It was rated as one of the best Italian restaurants in Santa Barbara on yelp, and unfortunately didnât live up to the expectations. They seemed overbooked for the amount of wait staff they had, the service was very slow, and the food was so so, not horrible but not amazing either. The view, while it is by the ocean, wasnât anything fantastic. We had better experiences with restaurants a few blocks in from the water.
Chose the restaurant as a surprise for my wife. Read good reviews about. We were very pleased with our experience and the food was excellent. Had the Ravioli and Tuna cones. Excellent drinks and the dessert and house coffee was the best. Our waiter Jay was awesome and his polite and attentive service was appreciated

Excellent ravioli and rigatoni. Great service. Terrific atmosphere. Waiter recognized our âspecial occasionâ we noted on Open Table reservation with a special dessert. Superb restaurant.
The best dining experience in years. From the colorful presentations to the unique and flavorful dishes. Appetizer to dessert, that is to die for, everything was amazing. The service was outstanding. Would recommend this place to everyone I know visiting Santa Barbara.
