The "Milpas" street habit is the one I grew up with. State street is good but the Milpas is the location me and my father would eat at while he was alive, it is/was something special to me. the Customer service is #1 and the burgers are in my opinion the best..THAT BEING said up here @the NAMPA Idaho location is a completely different subject. I've been completely ignored and just treated Differently. I'm posting here because it doesn't go anywhere @ the NAMPA Idaho location please helpIt won't let me post the video of the interaction with the manager and general manager of this location.How can I complain higher than the general manager at a locationI believe this is the third or fourth time WE/I have walked out of this locationThe Customer Service is "no bueno" and I order for 5+ or more when I go. I've never just ordered for me it's always been for my family of 5 or more.Didn't know I needed a membership or had to be part of the cool kids to eat there.
Love the food. So tired of restaurants leaving the ac on and doors open to keep the employees comfortable. Everyone was freezing inside. 50 degrees outside blowing cold air everywhere. Kids shivering. Hmmmm thought for sure restaurants still fell into the hospitality industry.
My husband ordered a char burger, the patty was cold. Our fries were cold. I ordered the turkey burger w grilled onions no cheese, they put cheese in my burger so we sent it back, my turkey patty was small and all chweq, they didn't add my grilled onions and no mayo.
This is a quite refreshing burger place. Good char broiled taste, fresh and friendly staff. Give it a shot over old McClown
BEWARE ORIGINAL OWNERS SOLD NOW ITS HORRIBLE!!! I am a SB local and have been coming for 20+ years. Customer service is horrible now. Most of the managers all quit because new management is a joke. Sad but never going there again!
The Habit is always delicious. Great outside place to Dine. Friendly customer service
Hamburger is has good taste. Fries have to be eaten on dine-in for it to have a good taste. If you take-out they get suggestions and can't enjoy them.
This is a wonderful burger for the price, I like their signature SB Char burger the best but their chicken sandwiches are delicious too
This will be my go to burger spot when I'm in Cali! Love everything about Habit Charburgers! #SantaBarbaraCharBurger!
