Service sucked. Food average. Refused to give more napkins. Milkshake tasted expired, and the straw was too thin. Forced tip. Wish I could give 0 stars.
The burgers here amazing here and the service is some of the best. They have a great menu selection and the prices are very reasonable too.
Well organised and fast delivery. Good for a fast break for those travelling from LA to SFO and short time.Spend time in Santa Barbara. It is a lovely place.
To be honest! I love this place. I believe, and it's my opinion, that this place is better than in and out. Hands down drop the mic.
Writing this on behalf of my partner. Made them wait a long time for a burger and fries. They were on their lunch break and spent all that time waiting even though it seemed like every other customer was taken care of. They had to get back to work and tried to explain it to a cashier but there was no cashier present for most of the time waiting for their food. Once a cashier made themselves available, they took their receipt but did not offer a refund at all. Very horrible experience.

I frequent this Habit for their turkey burgers. Santa Barbara Habits serve this option and I love it. Usually have them sub their sourdough bread instead of the grain bun. Grilled onions, cheese, lettuce and their sauce. Very delicious. Ordered a side ceasar salad and the tempura green beans.Plenty of parking, friendly employees and quick service for eat in or take out.
This habit is in the habit of not having good service. I gave them a ten dollar bill and was charged for a five dollar bill. They also took a very long time to deliver two fries and when we got them, they were cold. I believe they can improve, however this made me sad.
They need better training on how long to cook food
