Service was not great for breakfast. We had to ask to get menusâit seemed like they wanted everyone to think it was buffet only.
Brooke and the entire staff at The Bistro were wonderful! Food was excellent, and the ambiance was lovely!
The food was pretty good. Signature cocktails are very expensive, but tasty. The service left a lot to be desired. It was somewhat distressing to see wait staff either not masked, or wearing masks down around their chin.
We had such a great brunch at the bistro for my daughter-in-lawâs birthday. She had the fish tacos, I had the frittata and my daughter had a omelette. My three year old granddaughter had bacon and eggs off the childrenâs menu. Everything was excellent! You must try the cannoli for dessert. It was a great day celebrating and our waitress Cary made it even better. We canât wait to go back!

This is such a lovely place. The servers are very respectful, clean and so comfortable. The breakfast buffet is something I will miss always and their dinner has varieties on the menu, I love everything I ate there. The environment in general at the Ritz Carlton hotel Santa Barbara is awesome. I will love to go back there again soon.
The food for lunch is hands up, try the fish sandwiches. Only downside need to improve is the services.

It is a bit sad to see how many restaurants cutting corners in the wake of "inflation"? Frequent guest here over the years and this last visit the downsizing of everything a bit too palpable. Even the Vegan Burger with Lettuce Wrap not enough lettuce to full wrap the patty. Please!!!!!!!
Mediocre food, small wine list. Ordered 3 different bottles of wine-out of all of them! Finally gave up. Server not knowledgeable.
