The employees at the milpas location are very rude and are no help. I used kiosk 3 and waited 40 minutes and they refused to give me my food because they claimed they never got the order on their end. Even after showing them the bank statement and emailed receipt I received they were refusing to give me my food. Do not use the kiosk. They refused to put a “not working” sign on kiosk as well.

Arguably the best restaurant in SB. It's quick and delicious. The money you save allows you to splurge on dessert or drinks at a local hot spot.
It was the only option of an open place in Santa Barbara. I think Taco Bell and a lot of fast food places should include more healthy food options.
Didn't get my order right. Missed the add ons I paid for. Service was a little slow staff seemed inexperienced. Hours are bad not open til 9am. Good luck getting breakfast. Only thing good is the location.
Taco Bell at this location has some of the best employees. They are quick to take your order, handle special requests, keep the dining area clean and provide consistent, hot and tasty meals.
Service and attitude were excellent. Great staff. Everything tastes the same, no matter what you buy. I want taco bell to be the place it has always been to me, but it's and old flavor. Now the service gets 5 stars. The food gets a 2.
What a refreshing Taco Bell experience! Friendly employees plus the order was 100% right and came out quickly. They also have 3 mobile ordering kiosk in the lobby which is a nice option for contactless ordering since there is no drive-thru at this location. 10/10 would recommend - definitely check out this location! Great job Taco Bell team!
