Needs work on customer service.
Subway is always good. You know what you getting.
Service was really slow, which I do not blame on the employee. There was only one lady attending the store, no surprise there were times when she was overwhelmed.
Like all Subway shops. Covid restrictions make good service difficult if not impossible. Formula sandwiches are predictable. Friendly staff.

Very rude employees at this location. And they get the order wrong half of the time. This has been going on for years. No idea why they are still open.
They're open late you know everything in Santa Barbara closes at 7 they close at 10 p.m. and they make a decent sandwich
