One of the worst, rude, hostile customer service you can imagine. The worker Maria is horrid. And the manager Ibaldo was horrid too. No accountability. Trash place. They need to rehire a whole new staff.
I adore this restaurant a lot. It has a great air. The food is splendid. the service is powerful and the personel is trained. The pay is modest. deeply recommend.
I regularly come buying some food in this spot. I enjoy the rapid customer service and well cooked dishes. Fantastic work.

Food was good as usual, I mean, the quality you expect in any subway. Staff was nice and you could tell they were making an effort but they were slow and the line was getting longer and longer. I believe they needed more training or more supervision. For example, I requested spinach and they added lettuce instead. When I told them about it, they removed the lettuce from my sandwich and put it back in the lettuce bowl (?) instead of throwing it away. That’s dangerous! Imagine someone’s allergic to something that was in my sandwich and the lettuce removed got something... they should be more careful with that.
