I ordered a large cappuccino. Looking forward to a tall, long lasting cup of coffee. It was mostly foam. Just because I order a large, you dont put more foam than coffee. You people charge way too much and dont give any value in exchange! So needless to say, it wasnt "perfect!"

Rudest barista ever ! It is 4/26 about 10:10pm turnpike location in Santa Barbara CA and they close at 11pm , drive thru , someone must have had a bad day to give this horrible service, no greeting and before work i tried to order a drink and snack but asked to see if any sandwiches were left and was told “no I don’t have any food, what else you want” so I said o sorry and was told “was else you want” and decided I don’t want anything, I know they have something , even prepackaged Rice Krispies or those prepackaged Madelines , but to get this type of service is just not called for. DO BETTER ! You have almost a full hour before you close and you just are tired and crabby but you don’t treat customers like this.
Typical Starbucks but with dirty bathrooms. Sad that we spend so much money (unjustified) for a terrible tasting coffee, and we keep doing it regardless of the low service quality and dirty bathrooms.Seems we have a tendency to suffer in life ..
The line into the street is obnoxious. This store is also so busy that they cut corners, like they don’t toast the sandwiches long enough, don’t repeat your order back to you. We just moved here, so I’m going to start going to Dunes or old town coffee.
I have given up on drive thru since it took longer than going into the store. Good service and very clean restrooms ?

We don’t usually go to this Starbucks, but we did today and I placed my mobile order while waiting in the long line, but even then the barista gave me attitude and told me next time order 10-15 mins. ahead of time. I don’t know if it was her frustration, but my egg bites were just thrown in the bag and my drink was missing the chocolate sprinkles which isn’t a big deal. I’m just disappointed in their customer service.
