This location was incredibly dirty! I was shocked at how disgusting the bathrooms were. This location didn't even meet pre covid cleanliness standards.

I finally found a coffee shop near my area. Nice, and strong full-flavored, and not as expensive as some of the others I've tried before. They have a good taste of coffee and exceptional service throughout. The ambiance is so cozy, and the internet connection is fast. I would strongly recommend this coffee shop to everyone who loves coffee.
I stopped here while on work trip from Ventura. My drink was fine but the bathroom is one of the dirtiest I have seen. I could not believe how disgusting it was. One of the bathrooms had an out of service sign so only one being used.As soon as I walked in I notice no toilet seat liners and as I got closer to the toilet I could not believe my eyes. The seat had old feces smeared all around the side, the floor looked it had not been swept or mopped for months and sinks had nasty black calcium deposits.I decided to take pictures and I left wondering what else is not being cleaned.The bathroom is an extension of the store and this was just disgusting. I hope management reads this comment and train their crew to do a better job at cleaning.
While the staff here were nice, this is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to. Bathrooms were gross, sink had mildew and grime by the faucets, old trash can that the foot lever doesn’t work, floors in the store were gross and trash on floor in many areas, glass by the expresso machine was filthy. Looks like they don’t clean much. Wherever I go, I always try and stop by Starbucks for their clean restrooms and a drink. While this was better than 7/11, it’s an embarrassment for the Starbucks name. On top of that, we’ve been in California visiting for a week and this was the dirtiest bathrooms I’ve seen the entire time, including public rest stops. On top of that, my salted Carmel cold brew didn’t taste very good. Usually Starbucks in pretty consistent with this drink.
Coffee was good. Service is lacking. My daughter was ordering and Jessica thought it was ok to rudely school my daughter on how to properly order. "Next time order it this way". Had she been more patient my daughter would have gotten it out that it was a frap. We won't be back to this location. One good point, this shows my daughter how not to behave.
I understand Starbucks gets busy, but I was waiting in line and the male cashier helped a customer turned away and was packaging food items. I was standing at the cashier and he told me he would help me And continued to ignore me. More customers walked in and he still refused to acknowledge me or any of the customers
