This is my roommate and I’d go to study spot. It’s super cute and a great place to get work done. However, be prepared for loud music. Every time I’m there I’ll have my airpods at full blast and I can still hear the music. If you can get past that it’s a great place to meet with friends, get some studying done, or just sit and enjoy a cup of coffee.
Definitely a neighborhood Starbucks. Easy access for travelers getting on or off the freeway. Lots of food, shopping & gas station in the area that is easy to walk to.
I don’t normally like to call anyone out by there name, but this bit#% is very much deserving. So, Bianca you are so rude, and so nasty that it makes you even uglier then was probably intended. You are so rude, in particular to me, and my family. You go out of your way to be rude to me and my family. Im a prettyGood and loyal customer, and I’ve never been treated as disrespectfully as you treat me on a regular basis. So last night, I recorded you, and I’ve sent it to your DM, and to corporate. It’s my thought that you won’t be employed there much longer.My review of the rest of this store. GO TO ANY OTHER STARBUCKS BESIDES THIS ONE. JUST BECAUSE THIS STORE IS IN MONTECITO, you don’t have to treat everyone who doesn’t have a Mercedes like we are peasants.Last night I received burns all over my hands etc. when the lid was not properly put on the cup. When I returned to the store, with the entire cup spilledAll over me. they didn’t ask if I was ok, they didn’t ask if I needed a napkin, they didn’t speak words what so ever. They remade my drink and sent me on my way.
Coffee was great, tight parking lot and no drive thru, busy shop but the wait was not bad. They had no cold brew that day so I had to settle for a salted caramel frap?

I ordered my drink at least 5 minutes before my friends got in the store, and they got their drinks before me. Personally I think they forgot to make it, pathetic service. And they didn't even mix the drink all the sugar and caramel flavor was at the bottom. Worst starbucks I've ever been to btw its in Montecito.
Probably the best Starbucks I've been to. Smooth service and beautiful new building.
