Says they close at 9:00PM. I got there at 8:30PM the door was unlocked, but was rudely told they were closed. I tried to politely tell them that online says they are open till 9:00PM, but they just became ruder saying they close 8:00PM. I'm fine with hours being listed wrong as the people in the store don't control it, but there is a polite way to go about letting customers know you are closed.
Idk why some are griping that the staff is "immature" and "unprofessional". Completely ignore these difficult customers and Karens, because the staff are some of the most friendly, kind spirited and hard working people I've met. Very professional, work incredibly fast and are accommodating to any special requests.The hours are a little wonky due to, what I assume, is understaffing but that's mainly a management/corporate issue rather than anything regarding the staff. So, kudos to the baristas tolerating any tricky situations and pushing out quality customer service!
Staff here are immature and don't know how to do their job right. This place needs all new staff. They ran out of supplies and ingredients like the mess and mess up orders. The strange boys in the store are even more messed up and should NOT be going here. I will report to BBB and get them shut down. Their customer service is lacking in quality.

The staff are nice, but they NEVER have enough staff on hand. NEVER. They are always super backed up and only 2-3 people to handle it all. On top of that, they are constantly having machines break. Whoever manages this store needs to seriously get replaced with someone better.

Angie is the nicest most hard working person I’ve ever seen. She greets everyone with a smile and can hold a conversation. She deserves a raise.
