We had an unbelievable experience with this Starbucks' customer service (Manny and Jessica). Don't trust what they promise on correcting their own errors.
Bought a french press-,worst one ever-plastic screen, rubber flange, plastic cylinder- grounds leaked, and went into coffee cups - returning(have 4 other french presses glass and metal and no leaky grounds problem)

Watched as they let my shots die, used to be a barista please the timing matters! But such a lovely crew!!!
Overrated.. regular coffee is too strong.. would rather go to Mickey D's and get a large cup for $1.09
