Unfortunately, this is one of my least favorite Starbucks locations so far in California. Although I completely understand that the store owner needs large volumes of customers and can not simply provide "free" wifi or seats to all customers, I think removing all outlets to deter people from working here is doing the public image of the Starbucks franchise a disservice. To those looking for the friendly semi-public space or work environment to conduct a call... go to Elsies Tavern around the corner.
If you have a sh!tty attitude Ralph's barriestas want you. The worst barriestas so rude and unprofessional. I guess Ralphs doesn't care. Every single time. Unprofessional little snot nosed punks testing to make coffee drinks. Worst ever. Don't waste your time here.
The staff here is always nice, but for whatever reason, it seems like I always have to wait for my mobile order once I get there. I don't know if people come in and grab my drink, or what, but I have had to wait and then ask about my drink several times. But again, the staff is always really nice about it and quickly make the missing drink.
I order a Frappuccino peppermint mocha and they gave me a hot peppermint mocha and I told the cashier that the wasn't the right one I wanted the Frappuccino one and she gave me one with ice ??? I think they need to pay more Attention to customers and I get it they get busy but they need to learn how to listen.
Please Starbucks help, hate the smell of Starbucks Coffee and the shop itself after I had Covid
Very clean, and employees really professional and friendly. The service was excellent and really fast... Really loved my drink.
Good coffee great surface
They have an open space to enjoy fresh air and nice shade.
Very slow service. Only two baristas and way too long to get the orders done. No sense of urgency and respect to people’s time.
It's a Starbucks, they'll start blasting the music if you stay too long and you aren't wearing H&M
