Delicious. It reminds me of El Pollo Loco, but much better. Had the family meal with combination tri tip and and chicken. The chicken was marinated and grilled to perfection. The trip tip was seasoned well and moist. Sides were beans, rice, and flour tortillas, all good. We were passing through Santa Barbara on our way from San Simeon and my husband decided to stop here on a whim. Glad he did. Wish they had a location in L.A.

Best chicken I have had in a long time. top it off with a yummy fresh tortilla.

Tri trip sandwich extremely dry and lacking substance. Chicken burrito better but stick to the 1/4-1/2 chickens.

Best chicken and tritip you can find in town!!!! But even more important. Excellent customer service. Alejandro was very attentive and did the impossible on a busy Saturday to accelerate the order for my expecting wife. this place is the BEST!

The chicken here is delicious and I recommend ordering from here if you're in the mood for something delicious to eat.

Absolutely amazing spot! The food is aesthetically pleasing and delicious. The chicken are grilled just right; moist, tender, and seasoned well. Chips and guacamole: crispy & crunchy, and fresh. Salsa: uniquely spiced with green chili or jalapeños. Rice and beans are not my thing but they look and tasted perfect and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Every time we come into Monterey, we stop here for lunch or a quick dinner. It's a small place and we don't stay to dine in, but they do bring your food to your table if you do. Word to the wise: even if it looks packed, stop anyway. They're usually to-go orders and they're super fast.

A busy fast-food, but homespun mexican eatery that dishes up fantastic burritos, (they have chicken and beef plates but we didn’t try these). Delicious, thick chips and a wonderful salsa bar, our favorite - pico de gallo! Don’t miss it!!

It is the best! Well that's what they say, but I'll tell you, it really pretty good (far from the best). Good TriTip and Chicken always cooked over mesquite. Issue with SBCR, I believe they cook their Tritip and possibly Chicken cut it, then warm it up when needed later. Not that it's over cooked or dry, but you can tell it's not freshly cut meat, the grill marks on the individual cuts is a dead giveaway.

Food menu is limited but the choice's are delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes chicken or tri-tip.
