Can only give one star to any place that refuses to put prices on a menu. That said, it was nice that the person that answered the phone offered to quote me a price on each individual item if I wanted to know.
Not the best customer service , but if u feel like a TJ burrito, definitely go for it
Just went to Rudy's tonight. 3/12/22. I'm not from here. And tacos r my favorite , I even make them at home, but these tacos r by far the best I ever tasted and they r huge! The employees were so nice and working hard. 5 stars to this place and definitely will be back. Thank u Rudy's for a very delicious dinner.
Excellent food and service, but bring your appetite - the portions are gigantic! Wonderfully helpful staff who apologized when something wasn’t available and kindly supplied an extra item for the inconvenience. Clean space, and business was busy.

Oh my goodness this is the Best place in town!! Friendliest workers and the one with the most fabulous nails is the best. They make the most delicious enchiladas, burritos and tacos you will ever have. This Rudy’s is best Rudy’s location!!
I went in today to buy some rice and beans to go. I watched the cook with his bare hands swirl his fingers around the rice in the to go container as he was talking to the lady behind the counter??? Not sure what he was doing?? Both myself and the lady watched him do this... When I asked the lady if I could please have some rice that didn't have his dirty bare hands in it, that's when the nasty attitude began.F#%k this place!
My husband tried to pick us up a couple of burritos. He ordered two of the same thing straight from the menu. He drove home about 10 miles away, and we discovered that they had put shrimp in our burritos rather than chicken. We called in to receive a refund, and we were told that we had to drive back to the store to receive the refund even though we used ApplePay for the purchase. So my husband drove back down, burritos in hand, and was treated rudely and not offered anything in compensation, such as perhaps the correct order… I then called in again to request that they give us our order, and I was hung up on. Yikes! It’s a bit overpriced for what it is from the start, and you can’t count on getting what you ordered or being offered any sort of decent customer service.
Terrible customer service. They got my to go order wrong and refused to give me a refund over the phone once I had gotten home, a 10 minute drive away. So I drive down there and the person behind the counter voids the Apple Pay charge, something she could have easily done over the phone. Very rude and just bad bad customer service.
Ordered the crispy taco plate. I ordered a chicken and a beef taco. The chicken one, kinda dry and bland, but the beef one was very flavorful. These taco are huge with large amounts of meat however and just one would have been plenty for me. The portions for the beans and rice (bland flavor) were also huge and a small order of chips was thrown in as well. Good salsa bar . Cost was 16 bucks and two people could make a meal out of this item easily.
