My wife wanted to try this place for breakfast over what I suggested so of course we came here. This place was basically across the street from our hotel room so it was nearby. When we got there, no one was there so we were there only customer. My wife got the Chilaquiles and I got the #3 breakfast burrito. I didn't enjoy my burrito and it was very greasy. My hand was basically covered in oil after the first bite. My wife enjoyed her Chilaquiles. We ate outside to enjoy the Santa Barbara weather.
Order at the counter for takeout or to dine in. Prices are reasonable and the food was very tasty. Not a lot to look at but go for the food experience.
The taco was huge, and the Al Pastor was good. BUT, the tortilla was a little slippery and seemed undercooked. We turned our tacos into a taco bowl. It was alright
Opted to take away from here twice on my four night solo vacation instead of going out to a restaurant - it was that good. Fresh, no msg, easy to order gluten-free and dairy-free (fajita bowl was excellent). Super reasonably priced, friendly staff, very clean facility and almost no wait. Their Mexican rice is delicious! Located a short walk from my hotel in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend
We ordered a to go order and took it back home. Super hearty portions and food coma and great sleep followed not long again. Would certainly recommend.
This was within walking distance of our hotel and we were happy to find such a quick and easy option for dinner. The food, however, was not good at all. I was expecting authentic CA mexican food, but have eaten far better at our local joints in TN. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful and the food was beyond bland.
First of all we’ve been here before so we knew this place had good food. Its been a couple years so this year had to mask up, no issue there. The young lady taking our order seemed to be annoyed that there were customers, negative personality. I ordered a La Cubana Torta, I received a simple Carnitas Torta. It was okay but not the one i wanted. By this time it was busy and I didn’t want to confront Miss Personality with my complaint so I just ate my mediocre torta. We will pass next time and choose a place where the workers are happy to make us happy.
We swing by here every time we’re in Santa Barbara. It’s a wonderful hole in the wall with excellent flavors. The prices aren’t cheap but they’re fair

The white fish tacos were delicious here, super fresh! I had a shrimp taco too, which was also good. Casual place, we ate outside. Fast service.
