Sad to say the pizza tonight was super disappointing. As a born and bred New Yorker, I like to think that I know my pizza… but this wasn’t pizza. This was a sourdough cracker baked in an oven with overly salty and acidic sauce, not enough cheese to make it worth it and side note: who puts cherry tomatoes on a white pie? The Caesar salad looked hopeful because the lettuce they used was gorgeous but it tasted/ reeked of anchovy to the point where there was really too much in the dressing to be able to enjoy it.

Delicious pizza topped with aromatic basil. The pepperoni pizza was too salty, but still worth trying. The Caesar salad could be cut into smaller pieces but also has great flavor.Regrettably, the prices are too high, the music in the restaurant is incredibly loud, and parking is limited.I’d recommend Revolver, but I’d also really like to see them providing larger portions or lower prices. Here is an updated picture of their menu.

There's a funky vibe in this almost-hidden shop that makes it endearing. There isn't much room to eat there except for the four tables in the courtyard out front. In keeping with the funky vibe, newcomers are usually welcomed to share a table. My initial thought was that they were a little pricey, but if they were as good as advertised it would be worth it. My second thought was that they are definitely worth it.The slices are thick with all first quality ingredients and are quite filling. We can't wait to try the thin crust whole pie. Their lasagna may be the best I've tasted, with a perfect marriage of flavors and textures. Delicious!

This is definitely a little locals spot hidden away in a residential neighborhood. If you don't pay attention you could drive right by it which we actually did while we were looking for it. We were in Santa Barbara for the day and the girlfriend wanted pizza and we love spots with that little cup pepperoni type. We were initially disappointed that when we tried to order a pizza we were warned that if we ordered a whole pizza it would be an hour wait because there were so many to-go orders ahead of us. We were offered some slices and that would only be about 15 minutes of waiting. We wanted an entire pizza but we figured we'll try this since we didn't want to wait. I think it ended up being a little more than 15 minutes but the wait was worth it. We really didn't think a slice of pizza would fill us up but these slices are different. I don't know how to describe them. The dough was thick and very crunchy. Not your typical pizza dough. The sauce was good and sweet but not overly sweet. Cup pepperoni is always awesome. There was some basil on top which was a nice touch. We ate outdoors in the patio area which is definitely not the most scenic place in town and did not seem to be too popular with anyone else. We did notice that this pizza joint was very popular with the locals though. A ton of people were coming and going picking up their pizzas to-go. This will definitely be on our list for places to hit up next time we're in town.

As an east coaster I’ve had difficulty finding pizza I like in Southern Cali. This is amazing pizza! Top 5 I’ve ever had, anywhere!

A converted bar, they still have a dive bar vibe but have really amazing bougie pizza. Their crust is all aged sourdough and very good, and they only make personal sized pizzas (about 12 inches, thin crust). Their ingredients are high quality, and unlike many of the other bougie pizza places around, they actually cater to those who want good pizza but with more mainstream topping choices sometimes.Because their crust is aged, they have a limited number of pizzas they can make a night. This often results in them selling out very early in the night, so you have to call ahead to place a pre-order right when they open at 4pm (they only accept call in pre-paid or in person orders last I checked). The difficulty and inconsistency in being able to get their food is the only reason I knocked a star off.

Incredibly slow getting out slices of pizza. Told it would take 15 minutes for the slices VERSUS nearly an hour to wait for a whole pie. It took 35 minutes to get the "15 minute" slices.I watched these guys cooking the entire time and wondered why they couldn't get it done. They're just slackers.Poi

Good pizza don’t like being nickel and dimmed for ranch they need better hours I don’t like bar scenes which it feel like at night regular people that don’t like being around obnoxious drunkards would be nice if you opened at 11am like normal pizza places.Need a better selection of toppings45 minutes is kinda long to wait For a pizza as well along with your extremely limited hours. Get a better oven. Finally I arrived 7 minutes prior to my pizzas eta waited and extra 10 minutes and my pizza was warm by the time I got it rather than piping hot like it should be.

One of the most overrated, overpriced pizzas in Santa Barbara. Upon arrival, we were informed that it would take 45 mins to get our pizzas ready -- mind you, this wasn't because the restaurant was busy, but because that's how long their pizzas take to make. During our wait, we had a bottle of wine and shared some snacks from El Zarape restaurant next door (which were really top notch, review for El Zarape coming soon). Once our long awaited pizzas came, they were pretty good; the toppings were high quality but the crust was very dry (maybe because they're cooking their pizzas for 45 mins). Save yourself some time and just go to Gino's which is closer to State St (I would recommend Venus In Furs as well, but they apparently don't have a pizzeria anymore). In contrast with some of the other reviewers, we did not find that the ambiance was very good, it was basically a first come, first serve patio seating. One of my friends ended up spilling half a bottle of wine because of the rickety, crowded table. On top of that, the service was pretty average. 2/5

The best Pizza in the Westside Santa Barbara, California. Locally owned and you can buy their pizza at Elsie's Tavern too. There's a bar next door , just to mention.
