So sad, ate there before it was so good I took my mom today for lunch. This time the service was so poor, my moms order was wrong, we asked for sour cream but they never brought it, I got up and went to the kitchen and got it myself but by then our food was cold. Asked for a to go box but it never came until they brought the check and asked again. I would pass on this honestly.
Me gusta mucho la comida mexicana y la atención es excelente
We went there for Mother’s Day in the morning. We were the only ones there that early. I ordered a scramble with chiles and cheese. The waiters use these tablets instead of taking your order by hand. So the waiter says to me, you want a Denver omelette. I said I don’t want anything like a Denver omelette. I don’t want any meat or tomatoes or any of the other ingredients and I don’t want an omelette. He says, well that’s how we have to put it in and I will adjust it. So he came back to me and gave me a Denver omelette! Unbelievable! The service was slow, the place did eventually get packed and I could see the frustration on other customer’s faces. They should hand write their orders instead of using a tablet that does not allow them to write down exactly what you want.
We stayed at the hotel across the parking lot, so we went because it was convenient. The service was fast, and the food was fresh, but it had no distinct flavor to it. I got chicken taquitos and my daughter got fish tacos. No flavor. Not spicy, not sweet, nothing. The chips and salsa and the Mexican cokes were the best part of our meal.
Have been going for years. Food this time mediocre service racist. You have to been Mexican or of Latin culture.
Great food and service. Had the chk.mole enchiladas and my wife Sylvia had the cheese enchiladas for dinner, both were great. Staying next door @ the Hilton, will have breakfast here in the morning also.
Food was bomb! Their version of mole enchiladas are amazing. You can actually taste the spices. Love it here.
A truly authentic Mexican restaurant with a diverse menu of traditional favorites from both land and sea. The overall vibe is humble, the decor is simple, but the food is AMAZING. The is plenty of room for groups off all sizes, so come hungry and leave happy.
Despite an impressive looking menu, the food served in this restaurant is the worst I have ever tasted! My husband had the tamales and I had the tostada with grilled vegetables. My tostada came swimming in some kind of juice so the tortilla that should have been crispy was a soggy mess. The vegetables were also only half cooked and consisted primarily of carrots that were till crunchy. My husband’s tamales had a weird texture and tasted awful. Both were totally disgusting. I can’t imagine the restaurant being able to survive without unsuspecting victims like us, staying at the Hyatt Place next door because they surely wouldn’t have repeat customers.
went to lunch for my birthday; food was great as usual and we got to eat outside, hooray. But, one guy had to handle all the customers by himself, soplease be patient and hope we can get thru this someday.
