The burgers I've tried are amazing. Service is legit fast and kind. The decor is wonderful fashionable and a pleasant ambience. Entertainment with strategically placed. And the seats were comfortable.
Food was decent but it was disappointing to discover that the Mission burger was no longer available. The clerk at the front was nice enough but gave me the impression that she was annoyed by having to answer my questions- for the price of a single item, i expect more professionalism- at least this time i didn't have to hear the chef in the back yelling. on a positive note the fries were much better this time. Be sure to ask for napkins and ketchup! Otherwise I enjoyed my meal.
First timer, I had the Montecito burger with the truffle fries and was INCREDIBLE! The patty was cooked perfectly and I love the farm to table vibe. Definitely coming back!
The food is good, but they almost always miss a request on the order. This location always seems to be disorganized on the way the do things and it takes them forever. We recently went to pick up an online order and had to wait in a long line and our food was seating on the counter all that time. They have 2 registers, so they should have one of those designated just for people picking up their online/phone orders to make things move faster.
A lot of variety and pretty good burgers. Great stuff.
On the pricey side for a burger but they are very unique and the atmosphere is great.
I stopped going to Mesa Burger due to burgers being too rare. My mom wanted it tonight so we I ordered 3 burgers to go around 5:30 tonight, and requested them Well Done, one of them was cooked through, one still had pink and one was very rare. Never again. The time it was rare before a guy that worked there came to my table and asked if I needed a to go box, I said no it was rare I don’t like it, only took 2 bits. All he did was take it away. Never going there again!!! Told the girl today about my issues and asked to make sure they are well done, NOT!!
The burger is really good, and I love the level of customization available fire each order on their website. Nice crew too, I ended up going tattoo evenings in a row!
The burger was good. The staff very nice. Our order wasn't quite right. They fixed it right away. They have a good gluten free bun that is toasted.
The Montecito Burger. Was Absolutely Awesome & Delicious. All Employees. Were ‘Superb’ Except For One Female Waitress. ‘Rude’. However She Didn’t. ‘Spoil My Appetite’ Actually She Made More Hungrier. Because I Got Mad! ?
