We stopped by to eat a bite after touring the Bucks stadium. Love this place. I had a Fried chicken sandwich. Two very large chicken breasts on sandwich. Awesome. the cheese curds were to die for.

Stopped in for a drink and a quick bite before going to a Bucks game. Game started at 7pm and we came in a little after 4pm. The person working the front desk asked if we had a reservation, which we did not. In a very smug voice, he announces that it will be at least an hour wait. Mind you, the restaurant was about a third full and the bar area had plenty of room. We were a party of two. We turned around and left. Good City Brewing next door was more than accommodating and didn’t care that we had a reservation.

I ate here with my son before a concert. It is literally across the street from fiserv forum so it is beyond convenient. I had the burger and it was ok. My son had the beyond burger and said it was good. We also had chips and quac and salsa and that was good too. Our server was great as well.

They were charging a $20 cover during NCAA TOURNAMENT. Really?!?! See you in August-not! Seriously, why would you do that?

So… made reservations for 6 people 3 weeks ago. Followed up and made some changes to add two more by phone. All went well….. until we arrived?. No table was ready and when I asked for a booth I was told they were ONLY for people with reservations. ?. We had 5:30 reservations, so we could see James Taylor concert at Fiserv. We arrived at 5:35. Three of us were seated before others arrived. We sat at table for 30 minutes without a server. Then he came and we started ordering drinks and then the rest of us were all there. We asked to order right away because we had to get to the show. At 6:50pm I asked why we didn’t have our chips and guacamole yet….. 10 minutes later he came out w two baskets of broken little pieces of nacho chips and a shot glass full of guacamole and a shot glass full of salsa……I am not exaggerating. It was $10 per appetizer and there was a shot glass of guacamole !! The chips were so stale you could bend them. By this time we all had 2 or three drinks and gobbled them down anyway, because we were so hungry! At 7:15 we still didn’t have our food!! We had to leave because we didn’t want to be late for the show that started at 7:30, and unfortunately then after having to go over what needed to be removed from the bill, we were late for a concert ACROSS THE STREET! What a disappointment!

Food was horrible, nachos were so bland. Mac and cheese looked like it was from a box. Super over priced drinks we had to wait forever for. Don’t be distracted by the cool location and environment.

We had tickets to go on the Edelweiss boat tour for early evening and needed to get something to eat. The Mecca worked out great and we were able to enjoy the very mild early October air. Brendan was polite and efficient . Our bill for a club soda, Old Fashioned, BLT with side, and grilled cheese with side was $32..really not bad for a downtown sports bar across from the Forum. We definitely would go back(but probably not when the Bucks are playing!)

I placed an order on July 21st. My credit card was immediately billed. Received an email stated my order would ship on August 3rd. I emailed them for 6 weeks after the order was not received. Finally shipped one of the shirts but said the other was one was of stock. Looked on the the Buck's Pro Shop website and there was the shirt advertised as in stock. Over 2 months later still no shirt and they don't answer emails. Website still listing the shirt as available and in stock. They billed my credit card over two months ago. Look at other customer reviews - MANY MANY MANY people complaining of unfulfilled orders and lack of communication.

Stopped on May 2 while the Bucks were playing at Fiserv Forum. Apparently the Mecca hadn't heard they were playing as there was no service outside and only one bartender inside. The Beer Garden next door was packed, so we opted for a tv outside the Mecca because it wasn't busy. We were told we had to order at the bar and pick up at the bar. The bartender was extremely rude to us and the counter patrons she was serving. One visit a patron asked for change for a $20 so he could tip in cash and she rolled her eyes. The food wasn't any good either, but who knows how long it sat waiting for us to pick it up. We tried the bar nachos, southwest salad and Mecca burger. I wouldn't go back for any of it. So disappointed that the venue closest to the Fiserv has the worst food and service. This is not what people should think of when they think of Milwaukee.

We had a great time last Sunday watching NCAA basketball at the Mecca. Melvin and Carrie were our servers and they were fantastic! Professional, attentive and super friendly, they did a great job for us. The chicken wings were delicious and very good Bloody Marys !! It was a fun experience.
