I was reading the first review that is posted and that is why i will do mine. Months ago if not a year or so i came to this Mcdonalds with My Bestie we payed for a Medium Latte they messed up on my Latte. We waited for my right drink and they gave me a small latte. I wonder if this workers who are very disrespectful would like to be served this way and would serve their family Mother and Father this way im sure they wouldnt like it either. Im pretty sure they even give free food or bigger sizes to their family members. The workers know what the protocols and trainings are in the Mcdonalds field im surprised they dont get put in their place by the undercover customers who work for Mcdonalds. I recommended every Mcdonalds in Santa Barbara except for this Mesa location and the Goleta Fairview location. If you guys go to any other Mcdonalds in Santa Barbara you will see the difference on how there is Mcdonalds Employees who Respect and Take their job seriously. I was also born in Santa Barbara and Bad Service is not tolerated in this county either. We expect workers to give Great Customer service as i did when i worked in retail. If it wasnt for customers this Mcdonalds wouldnt be hereWe customers do our job by paying for our meal not one penny less we dont mess up on our payment so why is it that this workers treat us bad and dont give us what we order. Makes no sense what so ever. If workers do not appreciate customers then they should quit their Jobs ASAP especially if they are not Greatful for customers. I know people who work in out of town Mcdonalds so theres alot of things that i know workers do and how strict some Mcdonalds staff can be. I dont understand why this workers keep doing whatever they want and not doing their job as they are supposed to and are getting payed for their work. I am pretty sure they wouldnt agree with their checks being short. I am sure they would complain also.
Customer services is horrible, you should train your workers to be McKind and have mc customer service please

Came in to grab some food for a friend of mine who was waiting in the car I got out waited inside the restaurant and I was proceeded to be told that they were too busy to help and take care of me as I walked in as I said into the restaurant and I was told no that I had to use some kind of ordering method on the side there with the screens which were very dirty or go back to my car and go to the drive thru that was no right .So one of the guys there who I think is a manager and I'll find out who but that was very rude to turn somebody away who has walked into the restaurant and you turn them away to take care of people in the drive-thu when you have 3 employees outside standing around not doing anything very very disappointed we'll never visit that McDonald's again! Very disappointed I'm born and raised here in Santa Barbara and my 1st job was at McDonald's they dropped the ball up at this one!!!!! Also there were two female workers there who were very rude!!!!!!
Went here January 3 at 5pm, ordered a Big Mac and Chicken Nuggets and about 20min later had an upset stomach. I had stomach cramps the entire night, in the morning had diarrhea and currently suffering from a fever. Have not been able to digest any other food besides water since then. Honestly believe i got food poisoning, from undercooked food or the food was left for way too long. Will not be coming here again, the thought of any McDonalds food is grossing me out, will not have McDonalds for a long time after yesterday.
Staff really rude, don't greet customers or even say thank you for stopping by. If you ask for anything extra they make a face really unprofessional.
If you're on the Mesa and looking for some unhealthy food options definitely check out McDonald's. McDonald's is known for fast but unhealthy food, if you're looking for fast and unhealthy food this should be one of your first stops. McDonald's is well known as having a mascot that is a clown, that is because when you eat here you clown yourself by eating unhealthy food that costs money. If you don't want to clown yourself don't eat here. If you're looking to eat healthy food don't eat here, if you're looking to be embarrassed by what you eat then definitely eat here.If you're looking for a place in Santa Barbara to eat unhealthy food this should be your first stop
Food is usually fresh unless the r is a line in the drive-thru no option for in person ordering. So if they mess up you have to wake back to the window or go around the drive-thru again.
This McDonald's is very hit or miss. They can have either quick service and be slammed with cars in line, or make you wait in a spot for your food despite there not being any cars in front of or behind you. It's kind of a mystery. Orders are correct about 60% of the time.
Absolutely hate the food! Good coffee.
