As someone with a life-long milk allergy, I was so excited to see they carried non-dairy ice cream options (also free of many other allergens like nuts and soy - oat milk-based). The flavor and consistency was fabulous. Even my husband said it was great, and he knows what real ice cream tastes like!

The service is not good here they only want you to buy one or two cones I noticed attitude from the worker when I purchased five cones. First time trying it out heard great things about it. The ice cream was great the waffle cone was perfect. Would recommend if they had friendly workers . Wait time was about 25 minutes too long for some Ice-cream.
Stopped here by chance while walking around the town and was not disappointed. The ice cream was some of the best I have had and the flavors were very unique. Will definitely be back if ever in the area again.
Always love coming here. The selection is delicious and the staff are lovely. Had a shake this time and thoroughly enjoyed the richness. Go to flavors depend on the time of year for me. Had the banana salted caramel and the peanut butter chip shake. The grapefruit vanilla is light and refreshing. My mom had chocolate and peanut butter double.
This popular ice cream spot often has a long line, but it moves fast and is worth the wait! They even have a couple of dairy free options too. All the ice cream, with or without dairy, is delicious here. Highly recommend!
Delighted with the flavor (Earl Grey tea and shortbread). Creaminess is just right and not overwhelmingly sweet. The shortbread added a slight crunch to it. Able to try two other flavors which I must say were equally delicious in their own right. The Brazilian coffee is ?and the one with berries was also good.The service is also very warm and friendly. You can burn it right away just walking up and down State street.
We love McConnell’s ice cream so it was a no brainer when I asked my hubby if he wanted to stop on our way home from a weekend getaway.They opened at noon today (Sunday) and we were there 3 minutes early. We were 5th in line!I got a mini cup stuffed with salted caramel cookies and cream and sweet cream brownie. It was delicious and I wish I would have gotten a bigger cup!My hubby got his favorites….. mint chip and coffee and stuffed it between 2 salted chocolate chip cookies. TOO DIE FOR! Definitely get the Sammy if you go.Anything you order will be fabulous!
The ice cream I would say was average to just above average from places that I've been to. The staff did seem a little bit busy talking with each other and it would have been nice if they would have given a little more attention to their only customers in the store.
I have grown up loving McConnell's Ice cream. The McCoy family were friends of my family and always giving free ice cream to schools and non profits. I'm so happy they are still here to keep my memories alive so I can share them with my children.
This is some of the best ice cream I’ve eaten in California! Great flavours, excellent waffle cones and well priced, this is a winner!
