This is just an update on my recent visit. Still a great little pub with delicious German food and beer, filled with locals. Come in, have a great time watching sports or hang on the patio and listen to the music.
Had to comeback 30 minutes later, because there was no more chicken, when we came back they were telling customers sorry we are making more chicken... Do they do a batch every hour saw them putting one tray at a time.

Waited for 40 minutes and still not able to order. People were waiting for 1 hour for the food they had ordered. It was Thanksgiving so I get it, but there was no communication and definitely not enough staffing. The real issue was that orders were also being made online and the delivery guys were also waiting over 30 minutes.A little communication can go a long way.We ordered Chinese food over the phone, drove down the street and got the food to go - all in 10 minutes.

When I'm in the mood for KFC i like the Milpas store, it's clean, well tended and consistently good. I ordered a combo meal for lunch and it was quickly put together, hot and delicious.
If you like KFC, this is a good one. The biscuits were fresh and delicious in the early evening when I went, the cole slaw good even though I'm not a fan of most cole slaw, the original fried chicken was as it should be. Perfect KFC
Chicken has gotten pigeon sized. Expensive and portions are way smaller. Popeye's is way better for the money
I freakin love the chicken sandwich here!! Having said that, listen to my advice....NEVER order one after 7PM. The last 3 times I have, they have been hard as a rock. But only because its the end of the day and the patties have been sitting in the warmer for hours. However, if you order one anytime before that, they always have had fresh, crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside chicken patties which make the sandwich a winner!! They put the perfect amount of pickles and mayonnaise that make the sandwich great.. They have the best fries in town as well.
