No shakes available, no buttery jack sandwich available. no napkins, or straws for the drinks. All around mediocre experience
I'm not crazy about fast food outlets these days, but I like their teriyaki chicken dish with egg rolls.
False advertising, they do not serve breakfast all day and they're closed for dine-in. The drive thru lady was also rude.
They mess my orders up pretty frequently but are usually quick to fix it.
It was Halloween night and I was behind 4 cars in the drive-thru . The wait was kinda long , so long that two of the vehicles in front of me left . It left me feeling like maybe they are closed . I had my window down and heard be right with you . 5 min went by, by this time I had several vehicles behind me and I couldn't leave. Finally I was at the order screen must have been two min before I heard be right with you .After a five minute wait my order was taken. When I arrived at the pick up window it appeared that it was one person taking orders and preparing the food couldn't see anyone else in the restaurant at all. The guy working looked kinda flustered like he was all alone. After waiting another 5 min for my order I drove a short distance home to find all my food was cold . Lesson learned should have left when I had the chance .

The food's fine, when you get what you order. The drive through speaker is awful, and the people on the other side barely can hear even when I'm shouting. Even then, I've gotten the wrong thing in my order more than a dozen times over the last year. I don't know if it's just poor communication between the team members, or the managers aren't training the poor cashiers right, but I always have to triple check my order to see if I get what I actually ordered, and sometimes even that's not enough. Would rate higher if they didn't have such a rough drive through experience.
Burnt nuggets almost everytime I come here. Ordered 2 orders of tacos and only received one I was home until I noticed. Hardly and condiments given for my large order. And watery milkshake.
One of the best Burger Joint, I been too. My family & friends always get me gift cards. I make a 1hour & 1/2 just to eat here from Salinas. Love this place.
I had for lunch bacon and sourdough burger with fries and a strawberry shake my favorite meal from Jack in the box
