If you like fascism you'll love Gino's. I tried to call in an order tonight and when I stopped by to pick it up the self righteous manager behind the counter wouldn't sell it to me because I didn't have a face diaper on. The place was empty. So I have to have a mask on to purchase it but I could have taken it 3 feet to the right and sat down and eaten it without a mask? That was a fight worth fighting, manager boy. I just wanted a take out pizza. I would have ordered delivery but you guys never get that right and the pizza is always cold. Oh well... These rules and the hall monitors that are enforcing them have to go! Let us LIVE!!** I was never offered a mask** I'm sorry that your staff doesn't enjoy wearing masks. I get it. But this is not the first time I have had bad experiences with the service here. It's just the last time...

We decided to try Gino's on a Sunday evening, ordered delivery -- a calzone (artichokes and grilled chicken). Glad we one bought just one, it was HUGE! More than the two of us to eat. It was delicious and delivery guy was on time and friendly. Thanks Gino's!

Terrible customer service in my own opinion Ginos express everyone in Santa Barbara California Come get your pizza

the worst pizza i ever have!!!The pizza came with very little cheese which can be seen in the picturesWith no sauces on the side, the dough is very dryI had constipation for three daysHe will never get there againThe saddest pizza I've ever seen in my life

Great spot for fast tasty takeout. Staff is friendly and efficient. Pizza was ready in 15 minutes, exactly as quoted. Pizza was well cooked with lots of toppings. Might order extra cheese next time. Street parking.

Just dropped in for a slice… great slice… what else could you want ? Service fast with a smile…. TA wants one hundred words…. So good cheese, thin crust, NYC oil drip. ;)

I’m giving this place a 5 stars before I have even tried the food because of the excellent service and how I felt as a customer at this store! People who work here are great! Pizza is also authentic and amazing ?

If you find better pizza than this than you're in Boston, New York Or New Haven Connecticut. The crust is very good(not east coast good) the sauce is very good and they use top quality mozzarella cheese and a nice hint of Pecorino Romano .The Slices are reasonably Priced at $3.25. The staff are nice too. The only other place that has this quality is Albert's Presto Pasta on De La Vina. You Gotta get Pizza Here! I grew up on PIzza Regina in Boston's North End so I not lie to you.

Great pizza by the slice, which can be hard to find. Greasy…but delicious. As others mentioned, service (by what appears to be a manager) is a bit abrasive. However, he also serves slices near State Street so I’m sure he has to deal with some very diverse people given the dynamic of the area. Still - chill man!

Super disappointed. After waiting almost 2 hours for delivery I expected at least for the food to be edible but it hardly was. The garlic knots were ice cold. The pizza was ice cold, only the box was warm. There was an insaneeee amount of that thyme and oregano seasoning all over the garlic knots and calzone that made it inedible. Garlic knots had no garlic taste at all and were dry and plain (other than that bs seasoning). The calzone was also pretty burnt on one side. The quality was just lacking all over. Really wanted to like this place, too. I understand that they can be busy but that doesn’t excuse waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for cold food. I would rather have waited 3 hours to have quality, or at least edible, warm, food. Not much of an ask in my opinion. Waste of time and food. Probably won’t be a repeat customer.
