The people working there are honestly really hard to communicate to... The cashier kept awkwardly gazing at me after I tell her my order like I just cursed her out or there's something wrong with me...it was so wired, she kept getting my order wrong over and over to the point the cooks had to chime in and tell her... I was embarrassed to keep ordering already...I could hear her arguing with the cooks that it's not what I said when In fact It was... everything I was saying was met with bizarre amazement, awkward silence and shaming gazes... food is alright but a bit pricey for the quality of it...(which is previously frozen burgers and fries) they have an extremely tiny menu of about 4 items which begs the question? is it really that hard to cut some fresh potatoes to fry and get some fresh ground beef? Costumer service is non existent at this place
Best burger joint in Santa Barbara for sure..I talked about these burger for over 20 years and just moved back to SB. so stoked to see that the burger joint is still there and still has the same menu..great price for a chubbie combo best place for a burger and fries and great shakes too.
Great all American burger. Simple. Fries and soda. Great local spot.
Best thing are the fries. Better than Mcdonalds!! I'd suggest no grilled onion on the burger. Pickles are so fresh!! I don't ever get pickles with my burger but this is the exception.
It's ok but they don't cook rare at all and no crispy fries I won't go back

Might be one of my favorite/goto burger joints in town. Nothing crazy or fancy, just a GOOD burger and fries! Clearly K.I.S.S. had been working as this might be the oldest burger spot in town. GREAT price and have yet to ever get an order that was wrong. Like Jack'n'the'crack who, NEVER seems to be able to get it right or McDonald's which costs more than going out to a decent restaurant with real food....
I like Chubbies. A lot of good memories there. They make a good burger, it is well priced. Their fries can be too salty at times. And they serve Pepsi and not coke products, and that breaks my heart.I may eat there once every few years because of that, but, it is a good burger and well priced.
Really good only complaint is the fries are overly crispy in the day right when they open and at night they are cooked perfectly.Burger is awesome I miss the sesame seed bun but the new one isn’t bad.
