8/9/22Really good "Fish and chips" in this restaurant. I tried it 2 times before at the OTHER restaurant at the end of the pier, but they're terrible, the first trial was over cooked, small portion of the food, the second trial, they didn't have it, but served 'shrimp' instead, but totally ruined my expectations. Finally, I found this place and this was OVER my imagination!!!! Not salty, well fried fish, not soggy fries and my kids loved it so much, I regret not buying 1 more dish at that time. Definitely I will visit this place again next time I come!!!!
Considering the price, quality and the taste itself, this is by far the worst fish n chips I have ever had.
I went to get breakfast with my wife and our lemonade tasted terrible. It even smelled rotten. I went up to tell the lady upfront and she looked at me weird, she didn’t believe me and just gave me tap water. Didn’t even offer to give us a refund for the drinks. Even after I told her the lemonade made my stomach hurt (we only had about 2 sips each) when we left the workers were just looking at us like we did something wrong.
Best place on the wharf for kids to eat : ) My kids loved the burgers and fries. I had the grilled fish sandwich which was very good.
We had fish n chips, fish tacos, and clam chowder in a bread bowl everything was fantastic!

Pretty good fish n chips
My husband and I visit this food truck whenever we are in town. We usually split an order of fish and chips. They have built up around the food truck to make a lovely area to sit and eat.
We were ready for lunch after a long flight from the midwest, and the fish tacos at Char West were excellent. Plenty of fish and a delicious tartar/taco sauce (I guess?) made these some of the best we have had. Being able to sit outdoors and enjoy the view on a beautiful SB Sunday only enhanced the experience.
