PROS: Value for money - for $15, I got an omelette, potatoes, 2 pancakes, mini muffins, 2 chicken sausages. I appreciated how big my cup of coffee was. Seated fast if you come early. CONS: Staff aren’t exactly the friendliest nor the most attentive, but for the good food, I don’t bother.
Chad's is a great lunch / brunch spot right along the beach. There are no reservations or a list, customers form a line at the door for a table. There are standard sandwiches, but also good brunch options like eggs benedict. The kids got a kids' menu and crayons. They also had great mimosa flights of mini-flavored mimosas. Service was a bit slow, but it was very busy.
Woke up early and decided to take a walk for some coffee - ran into Chad’s and stopped in for Huevos Rancheros and coffee - delish! Staff was super friendly and service was good! Will be back again - saw a killer Bloody Mary that I will have to get next time!
Cool old school diner across from the beach and close to the Hilton Resort and other hotels. Breakfasts were really good and large. Kids enjoyed the french toast, and I had the chicken sausage sandwich that I would recommend. There is plenty of outdoor seating or an indoor counter if you want that. Staff was attentive and nice. Reasonable prices as well.
Got a table within minutes, great service, Quality food and great atmosphere. A bit on the expensive side but worth it!
We enjoyed the sidewalk patio with great views of the harbor. The food and service were good and it is close to the hotels on Shoreline.

One of the worst lunch/dinner experiences we had on our 14 day US vacation. We had the chicken sandwich and the burger. The burger was the worst of them, but the sandwich was not good either.
We got here when they opened and they filled up quick. Wonderful booth by the window. Lots of outdoor seating. Wait staff were crazy busy. Omelet was just ok. Pancakes showed up 30 min later. Decent meal but we won't rush back.
Go early, they are very popular. Loved the latte, eggs benedict and pancakes. Just don't sit out facing the water, when we went sun was in our face entire time. Second time we went, sat inside and much better experience. FREE little chocolate muffins are so delish!
