This place has good ambiance and great staff, but the drama comes from the owner, terrible boss, treats staff like they're so beneath him.The employee is hardworking, and people around know it. If anything, the employee has contributed to the business. I had good things to say about the business, but firing an employee because of a google review. I was a customer of this business, I have witnessed similar one of the other customer mentioned in her google review.Feedback is what helps a business, from what I understand, that's what the review is for. That was discrimination in the workplace, and there are various forms of discrimination. Before my comment, there was already one related negative comment.Btw, the employee has no idea the review was written. People get upset for being called out for mistreatment, but they don't take accountability for their actions and play the victim and blame others.
Best. Coffee. Spot. Ever!!!! Also, the absolutely best coffee that I’ve ever had! It was so good, my wife and I literally went back all three days if our stay while in Santa Barbara. I refused to try any other place because why ruin a good thing right!? You have to drink their drinks on site, which after you see this thing, you will be glad you did. I can’t wait to come back and try the best coffee if my life. Enjoy!!
Can never find parking to try this coffee shop and worse drivers are very aggressive, loud and hostile in this area. If you go slow and look for an open space expect a dangerous reaction. I tend to not try too often because of this. Guess its more for those that work in the area. Really looks like it'd be fun.
This is the second time I have been here. After Low Pigeon had their machines under maintenance, they sent me to Caje right across the street. This is the best oat milk latte I have tasted and worth my dollars! Both the iced and hot lattes are excellent and can’t wait to come back.
Coffee is overpriced and we experienced horrible service. There was a new barista and he was being publicly sniped at by what appeared to be the manager/owner. We were directly in front of them and he was snapping at him for making someone's drink wrong. We found it so awful that he would do that to a new employee- let alone in front of everyone!
Even if you only kind of maybe sometimes like coffee, it’s worth the trip for their extremely unique and delicious creations.

I really appreciate the professional & amazing service. I am a regular but one morning I went in & the espresso machine was down. The staff was super helpful about which drinks to pick out without espresso shots. The next day I came in & the espresso machine was fixed! I really appreciate the way drinks are made & I definitely love the decor/vibe on the inside.
Review is for earning the longest wait time ever for a simple latte @ 30 minutes. Terribly slow service and it is not busy. Coffee is great, excellent latte.
