This restaurant was amazing. Everything we ate was delicious. Iâll definitely be back.
We celebrated our first anniversary here 19 years ago and we just knew it was the right place to come for year 20. Food was still delicious.
My experience was awful and I feel that I deserve a refund. We came here from Orange County and there were several free tables. We asked to move to a larger table and the hostess had no problem doing it but the manager pulled her aside and said they were saving the table for walkins. The pasta was stale and honestly terrible, the wine was double the price, and they even charged us for the dessert they brought on on their own for my husbands birthday. My family has gone here every year and I hate to say Iâll never come back due to the horrible service and stale food.
Many choices on menu, good food, perfect portion sizes.
Really disappointed in our meal. Caprese salad ($16) was terrible â mealy bland tomato, store bought mozzarella, zero flavor in the oil. My fish of the day ($39) was pretty good (lemon sole) but so overpriced. My daughter had the puttenesca and it was average + too salty ($22). So inconsistent. Our server didnât check on us or broke a smile or said thanks / how is everything. $100 Iâll never see again â and thatâs without any alcohol. Iâd find another option if youâre unfamiliar + taking a chance on this restaurant.
Ca' Dario has good ambiance. The server we had was very courteous. We went on a Tuesday and there were only 2 other tables seated inside. The outside was a bit busier. I presume that reservations would be mandatory on a weekend in order to get a table. Overall, the experience was very good.
Excellent meal.
Good overall, have to say its over priced, and the wine list was really overpriced with no reasonable "house wine".
A solid choice for very good Italian food in the downtown Santa Barbara area.
I've been going to Ca'Darios since they opened over 25 years ago. Great ambiance, food, and service. I'll be back!
