Gorgeous views of the harbor. Food is a little pricier but that is expected with a prime location like this. Chicken fried steak and spicy Italian sausage breakfasts were delicious. Pretty patio seating. Lucky if you can grab a free 90 min parking spot, otherwise $2.50/hour. Be sure to walk along the harbor for amazing views of Santa Barbara!

Location, location, location. Overlooking the commercial fishing fleet on the patio is hard to beat. This is an American diner, with diner type food. You won’t find the latest food fad here. You will find some of the best clam chowder in SB. Great salads and burgers. After a day (or two) at sea, it always hits the spot. Speaking of Spot, they even have a fur friendly menu. Admittedly it’s priced a bit higher than one would normally expect. But try and see the activity in our harbor from Denny’s.

Great diner-style brunch with water views and generous portions. Service was a bit slow, but food was very good and we enjoyed our breakfast.

Love this great harborside restaurant. Breakfast on the patio is great and the view of the boats is sweet,! I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict for breakfast, they serve breakfast till 2 p.m. on the weekends. For lunch they have a fantastic Louis salad with shrimp and crab. This restaurant is casual, and very family-friendly.They have ice cream in waffle cones to go. If you have a group it's a great place to gather.A easy first start to explore the harbor! There is a large paid parking lot. The Maritime museum is right next door with other restaurants and shops.Continue down the harbor and you walk the breakwater.Went for Mother's day and some of the regular staff have left. Prices have risen but the quality is still good and you can't beat the location.

My strawberries and cream waffle was delicious. Everyone loved their own variety of the Breakwater Special. The staff were all attentive and helpful. The view doesn't hurry. We'll be going again soon.

I had lunch here while on a roadtrip vacation on April 4th. I ordered the fish tacos and had the most severe food poisoning I've ever had in my life. Stomach, fever, chills for days. It made me lose half of my vacation with my mom who I had not seen since before covid. I know it was from this meal because I had nothing else to eat that day. I also know for sure it was food poisoning. I think this is unacceptable and the restaurant needs to check it's kitchen hygiene.

I like the COVID19-safe patio seating with patio heaters and pretty harbor view. I like their clam chowder and the crab melt sandwich. Not too crowded or pricey. Service was good.

Atmosphere nice, service (Roger) good, food well let's say the clam chowder we're still looking for the clams but nice flavor and consistency. Fish & Chips, well let's say for the location we expected fresh and not frozen and pre made. Fries, can you say limp and not crisp.

The smallest French dip in Santa Barbara, (with soggy fries for $14.45), and maybe in my life! Creamer cup shows how small it was and with very little roast beef. My husband has been coming here his entire life but we will never go back. Horrible tourist rip off. I'm a chef and should have sent it back.

Food was nicely presented on the plate and tasted ok but could have been tastier. It needed better seasoning or something. It was on the bland side. We had the broiled tuna and it was $27 plate. It should have been better for this price The atmosphere was nice and they brought out a bowl of water for our dog. There was only one other customer at the restaurant. I thought the area was just slow for a Monday evening. After we ate, we walked further down the walk and there was another restaurant that was hustling and bustling. We will try some other place tomorrow night
