Blue water grill had such amazing food and wonderful service! We loved it.
The service was awful!! Carlos needs a lot of training in customer service. Our reservation was at 7 and he didnât come to our table until 7:15. We waiting 30 minutes for water. He forgot about us and waited on another table with a large group. He NEVER checked on us during the course of our meal. will NEVER eat there again.
Food wasnât our best fish experience. And we had ordered outdoor seating which then wasnât available.
Pretty good food on the whole. Lovely location. Service was enthusiastic and sweet rather than flawless.
Food was average although kids portions were good. Based on the price I would expect a lot better. The service was welcoming but food generally over cooked and too much of it. Also tried to rush us by bringing the bill before we had finished our main course.
We enjoyed our meal very much & would like to come back.
Server was inattentive. Cocktails were watered down (Santa Barbara Gin & Tonic was anything but a G&T). My niece ordered an Arnold Palmer that smelled of mildew and tasted of dirty dishwater. Ordered a sprite and same thing. I expected so much more from the food. Ordered the salmon which was doused in oil and served on a mountain of oily potatoes and vegetables.

I had a reservation made at 12 and informed they didnât open til 12. I waited along with 2 other groups. We waited in patio area while 2 men walked in waited inside. As crowd became larger, a line was formed. Hostesses seemed so lost and confused. They sat the two men that walked in prior to attending the line they requested and many patrons seemed upset. Even though I had a reservation they requested I wait ten minutes at the bar. Since they sat the 2 men and another group upstairs and the waiter had to figure it out. So I waited at bar, where they were pushing other patrons when I noticed they were taking others upstairs. After hostess realized it, they called me upstairs at 12:20. Waiter didnât take order right (ordered 2 taco meals with different seafood and received only one) and food took a while to come out. They tried to bring second order, but had informed 3 waitresses it was no longer needed. However, food was good. Itâs a nice place, great view upstairs. I will say the bartender made a great drink. But the hostesses along with waiter seemed so confused and lost. Or maybe apathetic to their job. Communication is definitely not there. The recent reviews regarding customer service is were correct. Also the receipt gives you NCR QR code to pay online but it didnât match the receipt- difference of $18 and it wasnât the tip
