The food is good. Not always the service.
Service is bad, rude and not helpful. Fries are always burn. Super dirty tables. Always too many employees doing NOTHING.
The service is bad to really bad many times employees don't help. The let you waiting without any help. The guy should be nicer they never smile ?.. the orders take forever!
Good place. Food was ok ,it just tasted a little weird . Hahaha a friend of mine tried some and got diarrhea bc of the wings. I don't know but for me it kinda tasted like low quality food , it felt wet . Just weird. I said no drinks but the cashier still charged me for it . At least he got my name right . Recommend maybe if you want something on the quicks but the wait for your order to be ready takes a long time.
Took over 40 minutes to make a small and simple order. Even though I ordered online and AHEAD of time. No napkins and no utensils. Workers didn't even inform me when my order was ready. So I just stood waiting even longer for absolutely no reason. Horrendous customer service. Will not be coming back to this WingStop and urge other people to stay away. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Go to ANY OTHER WingStop.
Had to go back for my wings because door dashed messed up but then wingstop gave me “free” wings but they didn’t give my my 16 mild wings
Had the bone in wings. Usually love them from wing stop because they're nice and crispy. This spot they were soggy and chewy. The skin looked white. Was gross. Didnt even supply napkins or enough utensils. Had 4 combos and they gave me 1 fork and no napkins.
Good but not great they need better phone etiquette

Their only job is to fill the order as it comes in on their computer. A job literally cannot be any easier. Got my order and it had NO dipping sauce and I ordered 2 different flavors. Right in the receipt. I mean come on. Really?
