Tasty bread and artisanal jellos, you can also order cakes or if you are in a hurry, they already have some of them prepared in a big refrigerator. An exelect service of the people working here, honestly they are very helpful and educated. This is my stop for any cakes every time I visit family.

On Saturday 04/23/22 I bought a small cake, the person who attend me was name jazmin. She mention told me that the cake was tres leches, but when we cut the cake it’s flavor was chocolate. I didn’t think much and decided to keep it. But today 04/26/22 I bought another cake, again jazmin told me that the cake was chocolate bread flavor with mocha. When I cut the cake it’s flavor was vanilla cake with mocha. This time I did call the bakery and explain what happen, they told me to go back and they would give a chocolate cake. Upon my arrival to the bakery, jazmin was rude and didn’t want to give me a cake but instead give me the refund for the cake. On both occasions, she was rude and seemed like she was on a hurry. Would answer questions in regards the cakes with attitude and rudeness. I have been a faithful costumer for years to this bakery, and love the pastries and cakes. But this new person, needs to get better training or be replace.
Horrible customer service. I just had a a bad experience today. Employee was being so rude and she was blaming me for it because according to her i was being rude first which is not true. I do admit I was being rude but because the way she was talking to me which was rude She was only saying that because there was a customer there at bakery. I asked her to put bread called conchas in seperate bags because they were gonna get smashed since they we're still warm and she said in a rude way why didn't you to tell me before I put all of it in same bag and I told her I forgot. But it's common sense she should know better specially if she works at a bakery. Sure enough I checked it and they did get smashed so I returned it and she said now what do you want. I just ask to get a refund. She kept arguing with me which it looks bad on her as an employee. She never apologized to me. Don't recommend this bakery.

I went here after work just to pick up a little bit of bread. I walked out with over 50$ worth of pan and flan . The bread is great quality and great taste along with affordable prices. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing customer service and amazing cake !! I was looking for a panaderia that had tres leches and let me tell you. The best tres leches de chocolaté I have ever had. On top of the cake being so good, the guy was no nice and helpful. Will be coming here more often to buy birthday cakes. Super underrated panaderia. Muchas gracias ?? ?
Too pricey... El Toro bakery you'll get good quality bread for half of price compare to tlaxcala bakery.
