Very attentive staff and the food was actually really good +10 the server was on top of it the whole time. Will definitely be coming back to try different entrees.

If your an eldery white person who cannot have salt or spice but like mexican food, this is the place for you. Unfortunately this place has a good idea but the flavors of the dishes just fell very short of expectations. Guac and ceviche nothing special, i didnt even feel the need to go back for more dips. I'm a Latina and my husband is from Mexico and we love good classic dishes with a spin on it. The environment was lacking lots of white walls not a lot of hispanic flare. Maybe its too large for them is what it felt like. My husband had the Chile relleno but the skin wasn't even peeled off so it didn't have the best taste it could have. The beer was flat and it was from the draft. The cocktail left me with a head ache and was overly sweet. The rice and beans they serve tasted like they were pre packaged or canned. The enchiladas were just bland. Didn't take left overs home. They serve you those orange circle things with Valentina sauce but I think that's a selected snack and that's a swapmeet snack not for a restaurant! If you guys want a great Hispanic Latino cuisine not that far, try Anepalco. You won't be disappointed

Came here for my anniversary and it was nice ans quiet. The food and service was excellent. The banana chimichanga dessert was beyond delicious. Highly recommend.

Went in for lunchFood was OK. What led to me to this 1 star review was that We paid for our food on our credit card. We tipped cash like we always try to and the server went ahead and gave himself a tip on our card and took the cash (obviously). Called the restaurant and had manager verify. Super sketchy as I’ve never had that happen.Check your receiptsRESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE.I stated my honest review on your restaurant. Whilst my experience was different than others thats what reviews are for.I’ve worked in the food industry before and I’m pretty sure I know how the system works. Especially if a customer puts a total amount on the receipt ?Have the day you deserve ?

Food had great flavor! The chef is from Michoacan...Three Roots had fantastic music &the service was amazing!

Delicious!!! I’ve tried a lot of Mexican restaurants and they never leave me satisfied, but three roots has that perfect authentic Mexican taste. Provides incredible service, it’s clean, and worth the price. You can tell they really care about quality.

It is INSANE how good this restaurant is. The ambiance- location, lighting, temp, music is perfect. The staff and servers are so friendly and nice and really knowledgable about the food. AND OMG THE FOOD. Everything is always fresh and delicious. When they moved out of their old location in Culver Plaza, I was emotionally destroyed about it. I was super excited to hear that they reopened in mainplace mall, visiting their new location was the highlight of my week. Make sure to try the stuffed churros if you go, it will change your life.

Muy buena comida 100% recomendada

You can see the care and work put into this restaurant. Very nicely done. Comfortable but classic. It feels like you can drop by after work for drinks with friends or have a birthday or office dinner here and be equally happy. It is obvious that they just opened. Not a huge crowd he. We were able to grab a seat and the staff came right over to help. The drink select could be expanded more. They have a few specialty drinks but some additional classics would be nice. The food was good. Some twists on traditional dishes worked well. Of course it depends on your preferences but most dishes leaned toward mild but still delivered tastes that were appealing.I recommend trying a traditional item and then something unique to here. That will be my plan next time I stop in.

Really bad food overpriced and not bring you tortillas or any chips and real salsa not going back again they bring fake chicharrónes and cholula salsa or tapatio not real Mexican food I think I cook better
