I really like eating their char burger. It's good and tasty. The fries are also pretty good. I like that the lettuce is not one huge piece like in n outs lettuce. Instead the lettuce is chopped giving it better chewing experience especially for people with a overtime on their teeth lol ?
Two cars ahead of me and it took over 20 minutes to get my food. Being this is my favorite burger chain I couldn't wait to sink me teeth into my double cheeseburger, as I unwrapped my burger with anticipation I was HIGHLY disappointed, the burger looked like it was thrown together, not perfectly put together like all the other location do. This was the 2nd time I tried this location and the 2nd time I was highly disappointed. Needless to say I'll never be going back to this location
Normally don't go to the habbit due to the long queue's. During the non rush hours they seem to process food orders quickly but after a couple of bites i found that the first patty was a little more pink than i normally like. I ended up eating the burger but i might update this post if i develop some type of food poisoning. Heres a tip to avoid the long wait time , order online through the company website. Also do to some strange request of an uber eats driver this location does not have chop sticks for your meal.
Disappointing. Just did the drive and picked up my order 10 minutes ago, got home to find they didn’t get a single thing right. Two burger combos didn’t come with Jalapeños as ordered. They did not give me one of the drinks that came with the order. I asked for one of each dipping sauce and got 4 ranches instead. Waste of $30 if you ask me
Good selection of food and is very fresh. Prices are not bad at all either.
Waited one hour for door dash delivery only to receive a text that said order canceled. Tried calling but it's just a recording and then it disconnects. No dinner for us.
Great location, burgers were delicious and the service is on point.
I love the hamburgers here, not too expensive and a good variety of them. The only bad thing I could say about here is that the staff is not cleaning tables between clients, I have been there a couple of times and find tables and floor used and not cleaned at all.
Food is really good. The staff is new so they are working in their timing. Drive through window needs to be reconstructed. It doesn't stick out far enough so you have to reach out of your car in order to get your order.
Everything I try here is gooood there costumer service could be better.
